Digital purchases are none refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
14 day Returns
Disappointed with your purchase for any reason? We offer a 14 day exchange policy on everything (apart from physical products). The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of a returns email being issued which will include the returns authorisation code given by our customer service team. You will then be credited or refunded.
Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full replacement or refund. The items(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of a returns email being issued which will include the returns authorisation code given by our customer service team. We will refund your purchase once we have received and processed the item. Any refund/exchange will only be processed after the fault described is verified by our independent test centre. We will also refund your return postage in that case.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. The items(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of a returns email being issued which will include the returns authorisation code given by our customer service team. We will refund your purchase once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Tech Trades Free Six Month Guarantee
If any game develops a fault with six months of dispatch we will gladly offer a repair or replacement copy free of charge. The items(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of a returns email being issued which will include the returns authorisation code given by our customer service team.
Packing your return
Wrap the item securely and include the original packing slip/invoice along with putting your returns authorisation number on the address label. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
