Description

Take over feudal Japan with Namco’s first real-time strategy game for the Nintendo DS. REAL TIME CONFLICT: SHOGUN EMPIRE gives players an army to command and an empire to build, all while using the DS dual screens and touch screen abilities. In SHOGUN EMPIRE, players select one of two brothers to play. Both brothers want to unify Japan under their flag, but only one will succeed. Takashi is more peaceful and is able to acquire territory through negotiation more easily, while Kenshin is more aggressive and can strong-arm factions into giving up control of their territory. Each turn, players try to take as much territory as possible from either their brother, another faction, or by claiming unclaimed territory.
