You also need to always be in control of the happenings inside your bus: Calm down agitated passengers, repair stuck doors, collect the correct ticket fee and make sure to extend the platform for wheel-chair users in a timely manner. Only if you work efficiently will you be able to meet the demands of your timetable!And only then, you will be able to expand your popularity and gain the trust of your passengers - which will definitely pay off in the fu-ture!
